Boca Raton is the second-largest city in The Palm Beaches and located in the southernmost region of the County. The city covers 30 square miles and boasts 5 miles of golden beaches. Boca Raton is known for its affluent and educated social community and high-end demographic.  What began as a sleepy residential community was transformed in the mid-1920s by Palm Beach architect Addison Mizner who relied on his love of Spanish architecture to transform the community into a high-end enclave. Mizner’s architectural influence survives today in some of the city’s famed landmarks including the Boca Raton Resort & Club, Mizner Park shopping complex and city hall.
